Oil free Screw compressor system working principle

1, Start：The primary motor of the screw compressor uses star-delta conversion idle start mode. When the primary motor stays at stop state, the air-inlet valve is closed while the exhaust valve is opened, the primary motor starts with star-mode at non-load and, in the meantime, the water-cutoff solenoid valve gets electrified and the water-cutoff valve is opened, and, in 6 – 12s, is converted into delta-mode running and the main engine of the compressor then sucks air via the air-incoming pores on the air-incoming valve and compresses it into water-air bucket to set up an about 0.2 – 0.3MPa system initial pressure so as to make the water inside of the bucket supplied into the main engine via the cooler, water-cutoff valve and water filter.
